My love of creating in the kitchen began in childhood, inspired by the cherished hours I spent at my mother’s side preparing holiday cookies, pies, and family favorites. Those early moments sparked a lifelong passion that led me to study with professional chefs, collaborate with food writers, and continually refine my craft alongside talented culinary mentors.
Nearly fourteen years ago, that same passion led me down a new path—one that forever changed my culinary journey. Drawn to the rich traditions of Italy, I immersed myself in the art of handcrafted pasta. What began as a simple fascination soon became a lifelong pursuit, as I discovered the beauty of transforming humble ingredients into pasta shapes that have been treasured for generations. Every dough, every fold, and every extrusion became a way to honor Italy’s remarkable regional traditions while celebrating the craftsmanship behind each unique shape.
Today, baking and pasta-making are inseparable expressions of who I am. Whether I’m creating a flaky pie crust, delicate pastries, or artisan pasta destined for the family table or a local restaurant, my goal remains the same: to craft food that reflects authenticity, tradition, and exceptional quality.
