Radiatore, Large

Radiatore pasta emerged in Naples in the early 20th century, between the First and Second World Wars. Its bold shape reflects the industrial spirit of the era — said to resemble either the coils of a heating radiator or the grille of a Bugatti automobile. Giant Radiatore is simply an enlarged version of the same sculptural form. Its deeper grooves hold hearty, chunky sauces beautifully, making it ideal for robust, rustic dishes.
